While many of our clients are experienced, savvy travelers, they find some situations a little daunting to plan.

We often hear this about multi-generational and group travel when a vast array of interests and personalities are drawn together and “the planner” is slightly worried about trying to accommodate everyone over a course of several days or weeks. Tack on the unpredictability of travel, unfamiliarity with a destination, limited time to research, or sometimes high season limitations, and the most seasoned traveler starts to hunt for reinforcements.

Laurie reached out when she was in the throes of planning her family summer trip with her adult sons and daughter-in-law to London and Paris. While she was familiar with Paris from a trip fifteen years prior, London was new for her and the research a bit overwhelming. She was concerned about how to create an experience that would appeal to everyone and find value-minded options that fit a party of five during peak season in Europe. Suncierge was able to provide consultative travel planning to supplement her research and offer her expertise and guidance in the areas she was less familiar like rail transportation, tours and activities, neighborhoods for lodging, and strategies for sightseeing, while supporting her efforts with a second opinion on vacation rental vetting.

I saw an article in the “1808” magazine in the News and Record about Christie and Suncierge. I have never used a travel agent before because I pride myself on planning my own trips. So I was hesitant about how the relationship would work. In a nut shell, Christie was fantastic. She helped me plan a complicated trip to Europe with 5 family members. She asked all the right questions and let me step in when I wanted to. Her expert advice and suggestions were invaluable. Yet I still felt like I was an important part of the process. I will definitely use Christie and Suncierge again and will tell all of my friends. Thank you, Christie!  –Laurie
